I move between the roles of facilitator, coach, and educator.

In each role, my focus is on supporting individuals to learn, broaden their sense of what’s possible, and connect with a deeper sense of purpose.

I believe we each are far more dynamic than we often realize and that now more than ever each of us is being invited to expand our capacity. I work with you so you work more effectively with others. I help you imagine beyond the constraints of your current reality so you can create a more vibrant future.

My work consists of 1:1 coaching, group facilitation, leadership development, and designing experiences for reflection, learning, and action.

To me, people are inherently creative, and groups hold a broad spectrum of potential. I bring an attitude of curiosity, respect, and care to all of my work.

I have an MA in Process-oriented Psychology and a BA in Anthropology. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked with groups around the world as a teacher and facilitator. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Organizational Studies through the University of the West of England.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading books on systems thinking, indigenous ways of knowing, consciousness studies, myth, trail running, drawing, or exploring new and familiar places. Each of these experiences informs my work.

Based in Portland, Oregon, I work internationally. I am on faculty at the Metavision Institute, a facilitator at Converge for Impact, and at Becauz.
